Vestibular balance and dizziness

Hi,  I have coinciding vestibular migraines,  inner ear weakness and in clonazepam taper.  The symptoms from these conditions are intertwined and its very confusing.  My ENT says balance therapy  might help but only after getting off benzos.  My neurologist says don't continue taper as drug is helping migraines.  My psychiatrist says he will go along with a hold for 6 months.  Meanwhile I'm dizzy. Off balance, tinnitus,  fatigued 24/7.  I don't know what to believe as the cause.  Benzo tapers have caused this over the years,  so I would hold, recover and continue.  Migraines were well controlled until last taper attempt.  Doctors don't confir with each others to come up with a plan anymore.  So depressing im getting directions from 3 directions and don't know how to proceed.

How many times have you tapered off these medications, Lizzy?

I have been trying to taper for 10 years.  Self attempts on Lorazepam, switched to clonazepam,  currently doing slow micro taper with Dr.  Probably 10 attempts over the years .
