Having trouble taking away my middle dose

Many of you know my story the 3/3/3 for 4 years I got down to 7 1/2 for 67 days Then I did a week slam taper to 4mg then went back up to 5mg on April 6th.

So April 6th till June 3rd I been on 5mg. Thats like 63 days Now I'm going down to 4 and I'm having trouble taking away the middle dose...any help?

Why do you need to take away the middle dose?

It's normal having to get used to taking away a dose..it was tough for me removing my 11am dose when I was tapering.  I did finally get used to it, not to say it was a comfortable transition.

 

Time is what heals us. Patience and acceptance are vital.  Not easy!
