Rekindling advice

Hi there I withdrew from valium after a 6 month taper in early January but stupidly took a 5mg valium earlier this week and it seems like I have rekindled some of the akasthia symptoms I had during my withdrawal. Any advice whether I should ride it out after this one tablet or taper or do anything else?
