SEVERE anxiety or PTSD church?

My anxiety is so severe I panicked so bad right before recieving the holy spirit because didn't know much about it and was scared would change my personality and the hits on head and I'm traumatized and akastisia worse and can't do anything at all even eat I'm scared the PTSD damaged my brain and it's broken now? And trying to talk is hard cause hard to get out thoughts slow and brain freezes. 😭😭😭

 

Also had what felt like I had the holy spirit and heard God and thought Christian like ect I wonder if I was hallucinating 😭😭😭
