I unfortunately had a miscarriage about 9 months ago which led to many panic attacks soon after. My psych has me on klonopin. I took 1mg from October 22- January 23 and then began my taper. I’m now at 0.375 mg and hope to be benzo free by June.

I'm so sorry about your miscarriage. It's a very hard thing to go through. Panic attacks are miserable too.  You've been through a lot and I applaud you for beginning a taper off Klonopin.
