Diaz taper help please

Monday I dropped to 5 mg. Diaz at nite. Im also taking 100 mg Gabapentin 3x per day.  Originally my Psychiatrist (a resident), combined Temaz and Xanax to cross over to 15 Diaz and I started dropping by 1 mg per two weeks according to Ashton with support from Psych.  My symptoms are bearable (Tinnitus, cold legs, depression). I had a long hold during January bc of hospitalization for unrelated GI stuff.  Id like to know if I need to continue to drop by .5 mg Valium per two weeks or do a percent taper.  Im bad at math right now and need someone to suggest an alternative taper in case .5 mg drop is too much.  I can order a scale if I need to but really really need some advice before I cut again.  Thanks in advance.

We encourage tapering with cuts of 5-10% of your most recent dose every 10-14 days or so as symptoms allow.  There's reason to believe this is easier on our systems that making uniform reductions.  I know what you mean about being bad at math when you're in the thick of withdrawal.
