Budesonide before flight

I am considering taking budesonide nasal spray because of my nose congestion (I have deviated septum so it's kinda common).

 

The issue is that Idk if it revvs my symptoms and my flight is in five days. Is it too risky to try it today? The ENT prescribed it for ear fullness due to nose congestion but maybe it's also recommended before flying.

Ugh, don't you hate experimenting on yourself when you know how badly it could end?  Is your eardrum in danger of bursting if you don't use this medication? Will the pain of the pressure on your flight be horrible?
