I was wondering about anesthesia or other drugs they might give me. I was wondering if they may cause a problem with the w/d process.

From what I understand, it's best to avoid Epinephrine if you're needing a numbing agent. What the dentist used on me was called "Citanest plain" rather than Novicane, I've heard Carbocane works too. Of course stay away from benzos, they may offer you that to relax.

I need to go also....and I am a dental hygienist  ::)    Ask for it without the epinephrine...  they will know and understand....  now to get my big baby self in for my filling to be replaced  ..I can talk the talk !!!  LOL !!!  :o
