Zoloft and other SSRI weight gain

Anyone else noticed weight gain while taking SSRIs,  notably Zoloft? Ive been  on it since October 2020 and since this past March have been slowly decreasing. The highest dosage was 100mg. I am noticing it very much in my belly area. With summer now here it makes it more of a burden. I just bought new shirts in larger sizes a few months ago for work and now need to go back and buy even larger sizes. What the heck??

when I took lexapro, even a 1/16 or 1/32 of a pill caused horrible swelling which in turn caused weight gain, A LOT of weight gain.

I gained 70 pounds in 2 months

I tried Zoloft for a bit  years ago and I struggled with the weight gain issue also.  Many of the antidepressants are known for causing weight gain:
