Civil Suit

I scrolled through some old posts but most were from years gone by. I recently watched "Crime of the Century" on HBO Max (it may also be on YouTube) about the over prescribing of opioids and couldn't help but compare that situation to Klonopin - both meds are prescribed for some kind of pain - one kind is physical and one kind is for mental health. I also just read the following article:  https://www.express.co.uk/life-style/health/1560702/dementia-symptoms-increase-risk-benzodiazepine

I was prescribed Klonopin for 25 years in its generic form (clonazapam) and "according to a 2011 Supreme Court decision, generic manufacturers cannot be sued for failure to warn." That makes zero sense to me, but many things do not. Does anyone know if that legislation about generics still stands? I'm worried about my brain and wish I'd never taken a single tablet.

Thanks.

I am seeking interest from people who are willing to join me in pressuring the pharmaceutical companies to solve this problem, with the threat of civil action internationally, if they choose to either reject my offer to collaborate to solve the problem or if they ignore me.
