Does anyone else get intense chest cramps, that almost feel like pins and needles and are so tight if you go to stretch them your chest muscles are almost locked from moving, burning shoulders, neck pain, stomach pain? Sometimes I start to sweat a bit, the cramps are so bad they get worse if I try and move, anyone else experience this too?
