Frequent weird dreams

Has anybody else experienced frequent/weird dreams? I feel like that’s the only way I know I got some deep is by knowing I dreamed. But it’s getting really frustrating

Yes, early in my withdrawal the only sleep that I seemed to get was full of vivid dreams. I actually liked them because they confirmed that sleep had occurred. This is not deep sleep as you called it. It is light REM sleep. Deep sleep is supposed to refresh the body and it it thought that REM sleep refreshes the mind. When sleep deprived, the mind sort of hijacks what little sleep you may get. You can google REM rebound.

Yes, dreams are very common as sleep starts to return.

 

I am over 4 years off and still get nights of lots of vivid dreams.
