Idk if this is premature but It’s been a little over a week or so  and I no longer feel as if I’m sleeping and still awake of confused about if I slept or not the 2nd half of the night.. lately it’s been go to sleep around 11 and wake up around 2 or 3 and once 4! Go to the bathroom and go back to sleep until my toddler wakes up usually around 6:30/7ish sometimes I’ll wake up before him but can go to sleep and sometimes I’ll go to the couch after he wakes up and maybe I’ll get an extra hour or two of lighter sleep!
