Restlessness and malaise

My anxiety is through the roof.

I feel that I need to shake my leg constantly if I don't pace. I have heard time breathing, some burning sensation on my chest. I try not to think too much about it but man this is hard.

I am 10 weeks off from a rescue dose. Will I feel like this for years or will it calm down?

I think I read in one of your posts recently that you've had some windows.  Windows are likely to lead to other longer windows.  Try to remind yourself that you've had some windows.

Brighter day, is this true that windows likely lead to other windows?

I am worried that my windows were only anomalies and that the waves are real me for now on.

The waves have this overwhelming doom that make us seem to forget we ever had a window or how nice it felt. Waves create an amnesia in my opinion.

At least thats how it feels...
