Just in time for Benzodiazepine Awareness Day 2020, Jocelyn Pedersen's book Seeds of Hope:  A Journey Through Medication and Madness Toward Meaning is now available through Barnes & Noble and Amazon.  Many of us have benefited from Ms. Pedersen's helpful Benzo Brains Youtube videos and appreciate her tireless efforts to raise awareness about the hazards of benzodiazepines and how to safely taper off of these medications.
