Constipation

Hi, I'm currently withdrawing from etizolam and have been getting really bad constipation. I can feel the stools about 30 minutes before they're ready to even come out, and they come out as small pebbles.

 

I've got some Lactulose to try and ease this, but any other tips and tricks would really be appreciated. I've mostly been eating healthy with lots of fiber, yet I still get these constipated pebble stools.

 

EDIT: Well, the Lactulose worked perfectly. Took a little too much and gave myself diarrhea. At least I'm cleaned out now
