Are these ratios the same?

 

1mg clonazepam tab, 2ml vodka, 8ml water

 

0.5mg clonazepam tab, 1ml vodka, 4ml water

 

If I draw 1ml in my syringe from either batch, would it be a .10mg clonazepam dose? 

 

I’m wondering if I’ve been messing up my taper.
