I found improvement from my evening depression

For some reason, the last week or so, I have had depression.  Starts in evening.

 

I have found, taking Vitamin B6 (the special form of B6 called P5P Pyridoxal -5'-Phosphate), stops it within about an hour.  Within 2 hours, I feel so much better.

 

Just sharing for what it is worth.

This is still working for me.  I also noticed when I take Melatonin for a long time (weeks), I start to get intermittent depression.
