Help with substitution method

I need you to do two things for me, first I need you to create your drug history and put it in your signature, so I and others know what you're taking and for how long so we don't have to go back through your posts to know.  Here are the instructions: Add your history/signature 

 

Second, I want you to read this thread, its important you know that everything comes with complications, there is no easy way out of benzo withdrawal.

Just going to deal with the dosing issue for now, then when I feel better, I will move on. Sorry for all the questions Pam.  Just shows how much all this is effecting me. Glad you have patience.

Thanks for adding your signature and I'm glad you're going to focus on this one thing for now.  We're so overwhelmed when going through this, EVERYTHING is horrible, awful, scary, confusing and painful.  I understand, we all do.

Day 2 of spreading out my dose

About the same as day one...sleeping about 12 hrs of broken sleep. Anxiety and shaking somewhat reduced.

We'll take somewhat reduced, that's a win, and 12 hours even if broken is amazing!
