Pulling from lower back through buttocks?

I have a lot of cbtra tire and tightness but just want to see if anyone has this specific tightness.

 

I have tightness and pulling g that goes from lower back down through sacrum and either side of it into buttocks and down into back of legs.

 

If I try to walk it feels like it is all pulling g tight and maki g legs too bouncy.

 

I have surgery site at L5/s1 and pain in sacrum to point that any pressure on it lying down feels like burning and bruising and it tilts pelvis forward pulling back up wards.

 

When get to lower dose gets so tight can’t pull abs in or flatten back down and of DP cat cow e excise cow part pulls on buttocks even worse and legs go rigid as well.

Nothing I ever had wrong before the benzo’s with my musculair system

So even if u have had issues before

Apparently this is what the meds do
