Final reduction help needed from .5mg Diazepam/Valium

Hi:

 

I am down from 10mg Diazepam all the way to .5mg over the last 18 months. Been a hard challenging process but I am close.

 

I want to drop from .5mg to .25mg rather than jump entirely from here. I cannot cut the pill any further. I do also have a liquid prescription but even that is hard to get into the syringe properly.

 

Is there a titration method here that would help me slowly reduce this final .5mg?

Take .25 every other day.  It will work just fine.

 

I'm a big fan of liquid titration, but your so near to the end, there really is no reason to start now.
