My bf quit benzos cold turkey like 3 years ago. He had no idea how bad quitting cold turkey would be. His w/d was insane at first but now he is totally healed and doesn't even think about it. I keep bugging him about it because I want to know when I'll feel better but he doesn't even remember when it got better. He just rode it out and it went away. I don't think it was even that long.

I believe the control group for Ashton’s research was only 50 people.  I prefer a larger group for studies.  Her research is invaluable and welcomed.
