Hamilton area here. Doing micro taper dissolving ativan in small amount of vodka and topping up with water for daily dosage. Using the process shown here which is working for me. There are others such as the one Jim Hawk has etc but had already started before I saw this support site.

Started at 1mg [been using off and on for 20+ years] and down to .240 divided in two doses. Started at dropping .125 per day then .100 amd may slow to .075. May be a little fast overall but the sx been tolerable. Benydryl every few nights for sleep [don't want to get used to].

 

Some Docs tend to think 1-2 mg daily no issues. Should try for awhile and then try to get off
