Haven’t had a window in months so being reminded of how dismal the whole benzo flu; exhaustion; brain violently objecting to any activity feels.

 

I now have  to express my gratitude for the windows i used to get even though back then, my focus was on them never being long enough. This relentless every MF day malaise is for the warriors for sure.

 

I did have the warrior thing down briefly when i still had some energy to research brain healing mechanisms but dropped out of warrior school with the big crash so need to reinlist.

 

To the OP, it’s withdrawal most likely and they will pass, maybe initially with windows or sometimes the symptoms just go one day and don’t return.
