Skyblue, I'm not saying it's not possible (I was on benzos for 20 years too), but do you believe that after 20 years someone could come off the drug without even noticing it?

I am not clear if she was on benzos.  I know some who come off antidepressants with not that much trouble.  It seems benzos are in a class apart from all others.

She was on a z-drug that is similar to benzos.

I didn’t say people get off without noticing it.

 

What I mean is that there are people who had a much easier time than a lot of long term users on here.

OK, I agree we're all different, even inside BB. I was referring to someone that "quit all [psychiatric meds, including ADs and z-drugs, after 20 years use] and didn't even know there could be consequences", as ideallifevision's friend said.
