Experiences of quicker cross-overs (especially from clonazepam to diazepam)?

You should know the answer to my question.  In November my Dr cut off 12 mg valium to 1mg klonopin overnight and I still wake up with anxiety. Should she have tapered me?

Hard to say because I don´t have experience from going from valium to klonopin fast, and in your case, taking 1mg klonopin is equivalent to about 20mg valium (but everyone´s different). I just wonder why he/she changed your benzo? It´s harder to withdraw from klonopin... Good luck!
