Dear buddies... I'm very weak from no exercise.  Plus the facial and head pressure is relentless!  My last resort for relief is exercise.  Has anyone with severe head pressure had relief from exercise?

Yes, some. I think more important is the after workout stretch, esp in the shoulders and neck. I have also been massaging my head and face
