Question on Risperdal Withdrawal or maybe another wave

I have been on Risperdal for 10 years and was wondering exactly what I am in for. I cut the dose by .25 mg a week ago and the first 2 days were fine but then I went drinking with a friend and not sure if I hit another wave of Klonopin withdrawal due to alcohol or Risperdal withdrawal. I feel like I have a head band on most of the time and I have gotten randomly depressed that moves into high anxiety to not being able to think of anything to nausea to normal all within 1 day. Before drinking I was stable, happy, motivated, moving forward but now I am in a slump and wondering if the alcohol just sent me into a hell wave or if it is risperdal withdrawal.
