Oxygen

Okey, I hope you will understand what I mean. I have read in a book that this is helping the cells to recover (in my case against lyme desease and the hole wd exhaustion and inflammations):

 

going for a walk, then lay down for 15 minutes and while doing that breathing pure oxygen (with a mask and a bottle you can buy that in a pharmacy).

 

 

Has anyone ever heard or done this??
