Trazodone

Does anyone have any experience with Trazodone? I'm supposed to be taking 25 mg / night to help with sleep. I did that for about 5 weeks and started to taper because I didn't want to be on it. Got down to 12.5 mg for about a week and then went off. I was ok for a couple of days (not really) and then I took 25 mg last night because I was desperate. Anyway, just not sure if I'm prolonging my recovery by taking Trazodone or not. I'd like to take it PRN but I'm not sure that's a good idea either.

I'm dependent on 150 mgs for sleep and justvyesterday cut ten percent and feel it today as increase anxiety and depression.  Personally I would not get started back up with it if you're off of it.
