Stiff achy arms and hands

I was wondering if anybody feels like they have an arthritic feeling in their elbows, wrists or fingers? I am one year benzo free and I have had this symptom a couple of times but I thought that it would go away by now. it seems to act up after use my fingers a lot or just appears at random times.Sometimes I worry that it something else. If anybody can offer reassurance that would be very much appreciated.

I'm only 2 months from jump.  I feel like my body is full of arthritis.

 

Mine is beyond joints only. Muscles and bones, tingling burning pain.

thank you for sharing. Congratulations on being two months out. I feel everything that you did but it does get better. My symptoms are less intense and I have more good moments than bad. Hang in there. If you haven't taken some Epsom salt baths yet that was usually helpful when I was in the acute phase.

Epsom salts was becoming a $60 per month habit...LOL

 

I switched to hot baths and they help.
