I don't think my antibiotic has had any bad affects (in my case amoxicillin), it's not a floroquinalone, but be sure and eat some probiotic foods such as yogurt to get your get back in shape.

While it's not in the really bad class of antibiotics (fluoroquinolones e.g. Cipro) that can cause neurological issues similar to benzo withdrawal, Clindamycin is still a rather strong and nasty antibiotic. Clindamycin can cause severe GI distress - e.g. nausea, loss of appetite. I'd ask your dentist if a milder antibiotic e.g. amoxicillin would do.

 

Tooth infection usually needs to be treated with root canal not with antibiotics, right?
