Valium pills plus liquid Valium for titration

So my situation is 2mg V in am. 2.5 at night. Total of 4.5. I have liquid and pills now. Yesterday I tried all liquid and I did not feel well. What would u recommend? I'm thinking, replace the .5 at night with the liquid and then tapering that til I'm at 2mg in am 2ng in pm?

 

When I substitute that liquid for the pill. Should I hold for a while?

 

Once I'm down to 4mgs, how do I taper from there. Do I just taper the am dose til I'm on just my night dose? Or dpi taper both every other day? Thanks! And what did u reduce a day. .025?

  Take 4mg tablets, and the balance from liquid!
