Feeling better last week or so

Just an update.  Things have been okay these past few days.  I've been working, outside brrrr.  But I've been feeling okay.  I've even had a few moments of feeling really in touch with me.  Like snapping out of dp/dr for a few minutes and feeling like me a bit.  Of course this thing is very far from over but its at least a little bit progress, right? Maybe I can hold onto a bit of this for some hope when I'm back in a wave.  Hope everyone is finding a few moments of peace.  Keep warm and hold on.

I've been wondering how you were. Was going to send a PM to find out! Hoped that not seeing you here as often was a good sign, and it was 

 

Not sure how you are able to work with this going on, much respect for that! This gives me great hope that my own DR will fade away sometime, I always fear it is here forever. It's so much worse now than it ever was pre benzos. Keep plugging along man, sounds like you're doing great. I'm glad you are safe and healing

Several of us are hanging out on the other board now. If you haven't noticed they recently split them up into essentially "on benzos" and "off benzos".
