Waking up with weak legs

In the mornings my legs are so weak it is pure agony just to stand.  It will improve somewhat throughout the day if I keep trying to move every hour.  Is it like this for anyone else at almost 3 moths out?

I had this really bad from months 3-5. I'm normally very very athletic, but could barely walk in the park. From there it went into huge leg pain. It's withdrawal.

 

Hot baths with Epsom salts helped me out.

Some buddies have said that massage can help. Even one of those home massagers. It can also be a low glucose issue as part of the problem...do you eat any breakfast with protein in it?

 

Hope this helps and this goes away for you soon. For now please be careful getting up from bed so you don't have a nasty fall on the way to the bathroom.
