OCD

    Just remembered before the clonazepam, when my doc was taking me on and off Xanax I was obsessed with my heart rate, I took it constantly..and every little beat that skipped I panicked about.

But after many tests I was told my heart was fine even though it was racing quite often as high as 140. 

  They put me on a beta blocker and called it good..never accrued to any of them it was the Xanax.

 

It seems like a life time ago..I can hardly remember any of it..
