Thank you for posting these articles.  I am going to print them and send them to my DO and the psy and my pharmacist and my counselor.  If nothing else it validates what I'm trying to be heard saying to them.

 

It's not just me, it's not just an underlying condition that is resurfacing - benzos and what they do to people during the administration of them and thru w/d and recovery is real.

 

But what I must and we all must hold on to, is that we will heal from this. It is a matter of going thru it and holding on.

 

I'm reaching for hands today - I'm almost 14 months out and hit by another wave, day 5 and it is going strong. Anyone else need a hand up today? 

 

Healing is happening to all of us, some days it just doesn't feel like it, but it is.

Thank you for posting this. I believe someday this will be answered...and thank everyone for putting a spotlight on benzo dependency.
