increased w/s with cod liver oil + fish oil?

This week, which should have been a relaxed week was horrible!

My son had vacation, my husban was home, he cooked.... I was on my normal dossis of pills.

we eate, chicken livers x1 , chicken,  cod fish x2, makrel x1 and I take fish oil supplements.

Coudl this be the problem?  To much omega 3?

i swear sometimes when i have salmon for dinner, my night time w/s are worse.
