well I just started having panic attacks again, full on with the palpitations and all. It sucks because I already have an arrythmia so this particular symptom was the one I was most afraid of stupid benzos!!!

Hang in there. I hate panic attacks. Never really used to have them at all, until ativan w/d.

 

Just try your hardest, as hard as it can be, to just give those panic attacks NO THOUGHT. Hang in there. =)
