sensitive to meds after tapering

has any of you become very sensitive to meds after tapering. If I only take one pill of any med, I get pins and needles and nerve pain for weeks after that. Plus tinnitus and all neurological pains you can think of.

I know I'm still sensitive to certain vitamins and Advil.  I have tried both and I ended up feeling extremely anxious the remainder of the day.  Hopefully more will share their experiences, but I know I've had some issues.
