Hey all,

What is up with feeling like I got arm bands across my upper arms? Also is this crying stuff normal, its like I cant quit for over 20 minutes when I get on one of those bloody crying jags. This happens everyday just nearly. Oh and my word, cant seem to leave the house, afraid it will cause me to go into bigger anxiety attack, I am still trying hard everyday to stay focused but that is kind of impossible right now and has been for the last 3 months.  Thanks for listening, and any suggestions is always helpful
