My neck feels so heavy on my shoulders , throat closing in , tensed everywhere , sore back, shoulders, neck  anyone experiencing this ?

Put ice on the back of your neck Laura and sit in a dark room and do some breathing.  Ice on the neck really calms you down.  Linder xo
