jacuzzi ramp up symptoms

i was thinking of jumping in the jacuzzi tonight for my sore legs....has anyone found that taking a jacuzzi ramps up their sx's

We have a hot tub and use it on the weekends with zero problems...the only thing I noticed is coming out of it REALLY REALLY relaxed!!  enjoy

For some reason a hot shower and/or sitting in the hot tub momentarily makes my heart race and I get anxious. The benefits of decreased back pain is worth it though so I just tough it out, and it only lasts a little while.
