current wave of sleep symptoms need advise please

hi everyone i’m nearly 14 months out at this point i seemed to normalise abit for a few weeks or months around month 11-12 but now i seem to have a whole new array of symptoms ! 
 

my sleep is still greatly effected & i am having a rough time with it im getting new symptoms i haven’t had before what is worrying me & making me think i have some kind of neurological disorder or the alike ! 

iv had a wide range of symptoms a lot of them to do with sleep my current symptoms , 
some weird uneasy sinking feeling in chest , 
almost like a choking sensation like i’m forgetting to breath in my sleep , 
i’m doing some weird stretching & wake up with my heart rate fast , 
tossing and turning all night , 
the weird low oxygen feeling is probably the worst out of these feelings almost like i’m choking ? 

iv had a lot of over symptoms to do with sleep it seems to be where iv suffered the most through this withdrawal . 
iv had two at home sleep studies one was slightly abnormal the over was completely fine . 
i’m waiting for an in lab study but im in the UK and this will take months . or even up to a year . 

im not sure if a anyone  can relate to these symptoms or give me some advice being this far out i didnt think i would be getting new sleeping symptoms when will this end ? 

im currently taking magnesium glycinate but thats all .
