If you read any of my posts you know I’m new to this and uneducated on the use of Benzos. I knew nothing about how serious Xanax is. Thank GOD my use was short and a minimal dose. I was drinking every night for about 3 months to aid in sleep. All while taking .125 a night of Xanax. My usual drink was Rum and ginger ale. And sometimes hit a weed pipe. I would fall asleep but never slept well. I haven’t had a drink or weed in almost 3 weeks. My WD symptoms and anxiety are better. Not great, just better. I’m currently on Mirtazapine @ 15 mg.

It helps me sleep, not atm because I'm out.

It has a nice body load feeling. My body gets heavy and relaxed.

Dont do it. pot is the same trap. relief from short term intoxication but worsening anxiety over time. Hugs not drugs folks.
