New shoutbox rules in the Forum User Manual

Due to increased requests for prayer and the granting of these requests, we've had to amend the Forum User Manual Shoutbox Rules.  As we hope you know, the shoutbox is oftentimes the first thing guests and members see when they open BenzoBuddies, so it's critical we provide guests and members alike an accurate representation of our forum.  We are a secular community and as such, we need to keep faith out of the shoutbox.  While we know faith for some is an important factor in how they cope with benzodiazepine withdrawal, we must ask that the practice and sharing of this be relegated to the appropriate board on the forum.  Be aware however, the Faith and Philosophy board has explicit guidelines for posting in keeping with our policies, please read them before starting a thread there.
