Should vitamin D be used while on benzos?

If your levels are low and you can tolerate it, it's okay to take it. Don't expect miracles. 

Some/many people, including me, get symptoms if they take it. I will take it again after my brain is healed.

It’s an atypical steroid so can be extremely activating. Can you get 20 minutes + of sunlight instead?

I supplement with Vit. D after a blood analysis showed a deficiency. Unless you are deficient, you should not take micronutrients IMO.
