Is paracetamol okay to use during tapering?

Recommended Posts

[Dr...]

Hi all,

I'm experiencing pain in the bladder region, might be a bladder infection. Is paracetamol okay to use?

And just in case things get worse and I would need antibiotics, what is okay and what is definitely not okay to use?

I'm still on Lorazepam and was tapering but am currently pausing as I'm far from stable.

Could use some advice.

Thanks for your help and have a lovely day!

Lots of love from Holland

To confirm a bladder infection, a urine test is mandatory. Your doctor can determine a suitable antibiotic only when you get the test results.

Thanks for your reply @[Do...]. I'll try the paracetamol then and hope the inflammation will go without needing antibiotics 🙏

You have a huge list in this site with the meds you should avoid and paracetamol isnt there. Just dont take any ibuprofen and be extremelly carefull with antibiotics.

i Hope you get better soon.
