Anyone give themselves the creeps? And get over it?

Through all this derealization and depersonalization, has anyone else struggled when they look at themselves in the mirror? Or by knowing how you may have operated in the world under the influence of these drugs before realizing the need to get off? I find myself completely alone.

for sure. got the willies and reacted like i was some zombie looking back at me. there are lots of regrets too.

Yep. I don't look for long. I spend more time keeping my mind in a neutral place as often as I can. 

My one regret is that I don't know how to weave baskets. I'm kidding/not kidding, because simple tasks with repetitive moves calm me immensely.
