So after doing very well last year I went into a stress setback which wasn’t nice but I could still function and then nearly 3 months ago I went into a hard wave which has been like acute all over again and I’m still suffering , no drugs or anything to cause this , I’m 5 years out . Will I be ok again ?

Yes, you will be okay again!  I have healed from 5 acute setbacks and am currently in my 6th.  I was myself for almost 9 months before this last acute setback hit.  I'm not sure what caused it but I had an EKG done, xrays, a severe, emotional stressful situation and am now weaning off of progesterone cream thinking it may have caused the setback.  I've weaned off of all supplements as well, too, and won't ever put any chemicals in my body again.

Friend, I have seen many cases of people who had waves return after feeling healed for several months. Can I ask you, what were your first windows like? I have 23 months cold turkey, I am noticing small improvements, but I still haven't had those windows that speak most of the time "without symptoms", ¿Does a window have to be without symptoms or could it be that we feel a little better?.

My month long windows in between setbacks have always been where I feel completely myself again.  When I am in a setback, I NEVER have a window.

It’s that we feel a little better doesn’t have to be completely without symptoms
